Somatic Movement & Breathwork

A powerful class designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for renewal.

We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement to ground the body, followed by active, conscious connected breathwork to clear stuck energy and close with sound healing and hypnotic visualization for deep restoration—nurturing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This class features loud music and the use of instruments (e.g., drums, chimes) and sound bowls. You're encouraged to bring a face mask to help you go deeper inward. Wear cozy clothes, socks and layers in case you get hot or cold.
