Kick off the countdown to the San Diego Tijuana International Jazz Festival (SDTJ Jazz) with a high energy pre-party at Quartyard! Join us this August as we welcome Charlie Chavez y su Afrotruko, blending Afro-Caribbean rhythms, jazz, and Latin soul.

This pre-party sets the stage for the second annual SDTJ Jazz Festival, happening October 2–5, 2024. Join us as we celebrate our region’s binational jazz history with a festival that channels a cultural legacy reaching back 100 years. This year’s program brings together international, national, and regional artists performing across three unique venues in San Diego and Tijuana.

Celebrate the musical richness of our border region with world-class performers lighting up stages on both sides of the border. Everyone is invited—we’re working to make SDTJ Jazz accessible for the whole community.
