Participants will learn listening techniques, ways to have more effective conversations, and tips and tricks for improving email and phone communication. Listening is a valuable skill you use in all personal and work relationships. Attend this workshop to become a better communicator by improving your ability to listen to understand the other person instead of just listening to argue.
