Join Move with Love at the San Diego Sustainable Food Festival for a full day of accessible, donation-based wellness experiences. We are curating a sacred space within the festival dedicated to rest, regulation, and reconnection—offering community members a place to land, breathe, and heal.

Throughout the day, we will host trauma-informed practitioners offering:

• Guided wellness workshops
• Mini Reiki and energy healing sessions
• Holistic health consultations
• Somatic grounding and breathwork practices
• Nervous system regulation tools
• Creative and culturally-rooted healing modalities
• A wellness resource booth with information and care tools

Whether you're new to healing work or looking for a deeper connection, this is a space to explore what wellness can look like when rooted in love, accessibility, and community.

Move with Love is a trauma-informed healing collective led by practitioners with backgrounds in mental health, crisis response, and ancestral healing arts. Our mission is to make wellness accessible, community-centered, and rooted in truth, compassion, and collective care.
