A 2-hour creative experience
MIJA MAKE SPACE is an in person creative gathering centered on movement, art, reflection, and shared experience.
This 2-hour experience invites you to slow down and lead with intuition rather than pressure. Through intuitive movement, collage making, music rooted in Latin culture, journaling prompts, and storytelling, participants are invited to explore creativity as a form of self-connection.
Viridiana Osio will share parts of her personal healing and manifestation journey as an artist, offering reflection prompts inspired by intention-setting, visualization, and noticing what feels aligned. These practices are shared as personal tools, not instructions or guarantees.
This is not a class, and there is no right way to participate. You do not need any prior art or movement experience. You are welcome to move, create, observe, or take breaks as needed.
Viridiana facilitates the gathering by holding space and sharing creative practices rather than offering expertise. The focus is on presence, expression, and community connection.
Participants can expect:
• A welcoming and supportive environment
• Intuitive movement guided by music
• Collage making and reflective journaling prompts
• Gentle intention setting through creative reflection
• Time for personal reflection and optional sharing
Come as you are. Create at your own pace. Remember that joy is still allowed
