Pranayama- breathwork
Movement- warmups focused on the chakra systems
Mantra- throat chakra activation through chanting
Deep Relaxation-40 min sound therapy
To follow will be mingling and dancing, yogi tea, aromatherapy, and card decks! All are welcome, no experience needed!
