Holiday Stress Relief: Sound + Community is a 90-minute grounding experience designed to support your nervous system and help you feel more centered, nurtured, and connected.

Join us for an evening of:
✨ Guided journaling to slow down, reflect, and arrive in your body
✨ Grounding + breathwork to settle the mind and regulate your nervous system
✨ A deeply restorative sound meditation using crystal alchemy bowls to soothe stress and create inner spaciousness
✨ Community tea + connection, where we gather, share, and feel supported in the presence of others

This event is open to all and intentionally crafted as a safe space to land, whether this season feels joyful, heavy, or somewhere in between. You will be held in a warm, welcoming environment where you can exhale, reset, and reconnect with yourself and community.
