This session will explore the core concepts of fairness, othering, and belonging – specifically within the context of housing and homelessness. We will delve into the intersection of fairness and belonging within service systems, providing a deep understanding of barriers, legal and ethical responsibilities, and equipping you with the tools to implement belonging-centered practices within your organization.

The Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) is pleased to offer two identical sessions to accommodate varying schedules.
