Chakras Workshop

Learn about the 7 major Chakras, part of the Subtle Body with Jake C.

You will will learn the details of the Chakras and how to feel for any imbalances, and then learn techniques to balance them with Flow, Pranayama, Chanting, & Meditation.

This is a 1.5 Hour Workshop.
