Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. During our time together you will be guided through a detailed meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation.
The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to contemplation.
Threaded through the meditation the play of sound healing instruments to energetically unwind and reset the body.
Our meditation & sound bath will focus on navigating the yogic body (Chakras,nadis, prana) powerful system used for purification, self awareness and elevated consciousness.
Tea will be served prior to the meditation.
LEVEL: Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Meditation, breath awareness, chakra, posture and the arts are all topics of her interest which make her Yoga spaces creative, insightful & packed with wisdom.
