Beyond Triage: How to Complete a Full Assessment

This training equips case managers, housing navigators, and intake staff with the skills to conduct complete SPDAT assessments that drive effective service planning. Learn how to move beyond basic triage to gather comprehensive information about client needs, vulnerabilities, and strengths—and how to use that information to prioritize services and create targeted case management plans.

Participants will gain practical tools for administering assessments with consistency and cultural sensitivity, interpreting scores to inform decision-making, and connecting assessment results to appropriate housing and support interventions.

Please note: This training will include a lunch break, but lunch will not be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
