Tisha Hyter, Senior Vice President and PNC Institutional Asset Management Director of Nonprofit Strategy & Solutions will lead a one-hour overview covering potential effects of the upcoming regulations and optimal suggestions for both institutions as well as individuals.

Tisha Hyter is the Senior Vice President and Director of Nonprofit Strategy & Solutions for PNC Institutional Asset Management® (IAM). Prior to stepping into this role in 2022, she spent 18 years working with both local and global nonprofit organizations in operations, leadership, and development—successfully raising over $200 million throughout her career. A passionate advocate for community empowerment, she led a multi-year initiative that resulted in the launch of a city-wide program centered on those unhoused and under-resourced. Tisha leverages her deep expertise in philanthropy to support PNC IAM’s nonprofit clients across a range of strategic areas, including board governance, succession planning, operational best practices, distribution strategies, financial sustainability, and fundraising. As a member of the Nonprofit Strategy & Support Group, she also contributes to thought leadership, speaks at client and industry events, and collaborates with community stakeholders to advance PNC’s commitment to the nonprofit sector.
