Lodge Food Handlers Training

The next Lodge Food Handler Training class will be held on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, at 1:30 pm. We will discuss safe food handling and safe food preparation in this class. If you cook, serve, or assist with food in any way at the Lodge, this is a required course. It’s also very helpful for safe food handling in your home. All are welcome and your certification after completing the course will be good for 3 years. If it has been 3 years since you last took the class, you need to attend the class again and complete the test. There is no need to pre-register, just show up on the 13th and be

prepared to learn! This class is open to not only Elk members, but your family and friends as well.
