Pretty Metal Chains Workshop

Lets welcome back Anna and Lily with their Pretty Metal Chains workshops!!!

Intro to Aerial Chains 3pm-4:30m

-No experience needed :)


Aerial Chains Flow Foundations 5pm-6:30pm

-Prereqs: Intro to Aerials Chains, prior chains experience


Come ready to sweat, soar, and leave feeling empowered! Suitable for all levels including first timer’s with modifications available.



🔗Chains Attire: Do bring layers with you that can cover knees, armpits & midriff. Whatever you choose should fit snugly with minimum stretch. Heels/Pleasers optional.
