Get spooky and sweet in our Choco-BOO! Halloween Chocolate Covered Strawberry Class, where students will learn the basics of working with chocolate while creating frightfully fun treats! In this hands-on class, students will be introduced to the foundational techniques of melting chocolate.

We’ll cover how to properly melt chocolate for smooth, lump-free results, tips for coloring white chocolate safely, and using piping bags or bottles for detail work. Students will decorate themed strawberries, perfect for Halloween parties or ghoulish gifting. This class is great for beginners and chocolate lovers of all ages.
