Inspired by San Antonio’s designation as a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO in 2017, Great SA is a series about the cultures that have influenced the cuisine of South Texas.
Free and open to the public.
The evening will feature bites from Naco Mexican Eats (available for purchase) and a panel discussion.

• Colleen Swain (Director of the City of San Antonio World Heritage Office)
• Chef Uyen Pham (Faculty Instructor at the Culinary Institute of America)
• Chef Jaime Gonzalez (Executive Chef at Wok Wey)
