Join us for the first of 3 events in partnership with the American Heart Association—a morning filled with movement, education, and community impact!

📍 Location: CG Community Saturday Camp
⏰ Schedule:
7:45 AM – 60-min Camp Gladiator workout led by Trainer Ashley (donations accepted for the AHA)
8:45 AM – 30-min Hands-Only CPR demonstration + presentation from the AHA team
This is your chance to sweat with your community AND learn a life-saving skill. 💪🫀
💡 How to Support:
Instead of a registration fee, donations will be accepted on site to benefit the American Heart Association.
