Aerial Spiral Workshops

Beginner Spiral Pole Workshop (120 mins)

5:30pm-7:30pm

-ALL LEVELS: This workshop will allow newbies the opportunity to stretch, condition, and step foot into the illusion that is Aerial Spiral Pole! Get comfortable spinning, standing, and climbing through the basics

Rebel With A Spiral Intermediate (120 mins)

8pm-10pm

-Intermediate: In this workshop we will be working on Spiral tricks that require fewer points of contact. We will explore combos that come with inverts, Leg hangs, and shoulder stands. If you have Lyra or Upper Beginner Pole experience this is the level for you. (It is recommended to start at the Beginner level, due to the uniqueness of this apparatus).

$90 for single workshop
$160 for both workshops
