The American Legion Post 179 Log Cabin opened in 1934 and for nearly 100 years has been supporting Marin Veterans and various community organizations.
Marin-based Mythyx has been rocking both well known and eclectic hits with their own style and harmonies for 15 years. Enjoy a little bit of music trivia and myths with each number. The Mythyx are Gail DaMert (vocals), Dave Pangaro (bass/vocals) Glenn Sterling (guitar) John Hugunin (guitar/vocals) and Carlos J Felix-Fretes (drums) The Mythyx are the producers of an annual festival - Treestock - an Afternoon of Music under the Redwoods which features local and out of area musicans in a private setting.
