North State Grass (formerly the Charlotte Bluegrass Allstars) are stepping into a new chapter with fresh faces, renewed energy, and the same deep love for bluegrass. Rooted in tradition but unafraid to stretch beyond it, the band blends tight picking, rich harmonies, and influences that span rock, blues, jazz, and jam-driven spontaneity. With familiar favorites alongside new bandmates bringing their own spark, North State Grass delivers a sound that’s grounded, evolving, and unmistakably alive. New name, same roots—and plenty of room to grow.
