Saltburn Ice Trail

Renowned ice sculptors Sand in Your Eye will create 11 incredible ice sculptures around the theme of Winter Safari for this year's much loved Saltburn Ice Trail. Each sculpture will reveal a secret that you’ll need to find to complete the trail competition. The trail will feature a live ice carve, and a workshop with its very own ice post box, where the elves will help you write and post your letters to Santa.

Look out for magical walkabout characters The Hare and the Moon and Estelle the Enchantress. Marvel at magical winter lanterns by Greener Lavelle and enjoy festive storytelling with Tees Women Poets.

Visit the Pocket Money & Stocking Filler Market for last minute gifts at Saltburn Community Hall and don’t forget the Christmas Saltburn Farmer’s Market for tasty treats from local suppliers.

The day runs from 10am to 4pm (Farmers Market until 2pm) but be sure to get down as early as you can. If the sun shines, those Ice Sculptures start to melt!
