Saltash Sight Loss Awareness Day

The iSightCornwall team will be in Saltash to host a Sight Loss Awareness event at Isambard House (next to the train station)

Various members of the team will be in attendance to answer all your questions and queries regarding sight loss and the services currently available to visually impaired people in Cornwall.

We will also be demonstrating a number of assistive technology gadgets and devices designed specifically for visually impaired people, if there is a specific gadget or device that you would like us to bring to the event, please call us in advance on 01872 261110.

Getting to Isambard House

Isambard House is located next to Saltash Train Station in the refurbished Station building.

There is a bus stop just next to Isambard House which is served by the 450 and 454 buses.

Parking

The nearest car park is Alexandra Square long stay car park which is a 2-minute walk or the Culver Road short stay car park, which is a 3-minute walk. Both are operated by Cornwall Council and are pay and display car parks. If you have a Blue Badge, there is limited disabled parking outside of the venue.

Accessibility

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and has an accessible toilet.
