Experience Community Saltaire Special Adaptive Cycle Day

Adaptive Cycle Ride along the Leeds - Liverpool canal towpath.

This ride will take place on 25th February (rescheduled from 11th February) and will follow a 25km route with an option to extend.

These rides are designed for participants who have ridden with us several times at our regular cycle sessions and have built up the fitness and skills needed for a longer ride. You can book your place on this ride via our website:

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Meet at 10:30 AM for an 11:00 AM start.
• Meeting Point: Saltaire Mill Visitor Car Park, BD17 7EZ
• Parking: Free
• Technicality: intermediate (largely canal towpath), but with some steep climbs, and short off-road sections

• Facilities: accessible toilets are available at Salts Mill (at the start and the end of the ride), and at least once en route

What to Bring:

• Food and drinks (if you don’t plan to use the café).
• Suitable clothing for the weather, including waterproofs if needed.

• Ensure you are confident in using any equipment you book.
