Women & Water: Gifts of Summer with Ariana Fotinakis

Join us for an evening seasonal ritual to help you harvest the gifts of Summer and carry them with intention into the next season. Together, we'll move through cycles of sauna and cold plunge designed to soothe the nervous system, awaken circulation, and bring you fully into your breath and body. Our cedar hot tub is also integrated into the ritual. Guided circuits will include breathwork, aromatic oils, and reflection prompts to help you connect with what this season has offered you—and how you might share those blessings in your life and community.

Between circuits, you’ll have time to relax, reflect, and connect with one another. You’ll be offered optional prompts to support meaningful conversation or personal reflection; you’re also welcome to simply soak in the quiet or receive smoke cleansing or meditation support if you wish.

What gifts and lessons are you carrying forward? How can you allow what you’ve received to expand outward in service of your home, community, and beyond? We’ll explore these themes and more during our time together.

What to Expect:

• Curated and informative community evening, hosting up to 15 guests
• Guided or self-led, forest hydrotherapy circuit (hot, cold, sauna, rest)
• Aromatherapy sauna sessions
• Intentional time to relax, reflect and connect with women in community
• No experience needed — only a willingness to slow down and be present.

Gifts of Ummer is the second night in a three part series for women seeking grounding, renewal, and healing in community. Three uniquely facilitated women’s gatherings with forest hydrotherapy circuit: Sauna, cold plunge, and cedar hot tub – integrated with breathwork, somatic exploration, and deep rest.
