A meditative evening of rest and resonance in support of the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. As summer winds down, let’s gather in stillness, soak in healing sound, and give back to the land and lineage that has held so many of us.
This is a fundraiser 🌼 all donations go directly to the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga.
Come as you are, give what you can, and receive the quiet gift of vibration and presence.

Nancy Trueman is a certified sound practitioner and experienced yoga teacher (500 RYT), specializing in hatha, aerial, and restorative practices. Her work blends movement, breath, and the transformative power of sound to guide people into deep rest and inner connection. Nancy offers immersive sound journeys that invite stillness, spaciousness, and healing. Based in Whistler, Nancy has been coming to Salt Spring Island every summer for decades and offers sound as a practice of presence and return. You can follow Nancy on Instagram @mytruenorthyoga.
