Sunday Sound Bath - Weekly

Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and energetic renewal every Sunday. Our weekly Sound Bath is a meditative, immersive experience where healing tones and vibrations wash over you, guiding your mind and body into a state of calm and harmony.

Through the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited to:
- Release stress and tension
- Quiet a busy mind
- Restore balance to your energy system
- Connect with your inner peace

No experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open heart; yoga mat, blanket and materials provided. Let the soothing vibrations guide you into the week feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned.
