Embodied Fall Hike and Photoshoot

Would you like photos of yourself with fall colors but you feel a little awkward in front of the camera?

Join us for a relaxed hike led by Lara Wilde, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher.

After exploring simple ways to release anxiety and tension when we’re put on the spot (30 minutes), we’ll slowly walk the trail, capturing casual photos of each other along the way (60 minutes).

This is not a professional photoshoot. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to practice being comfortable in front of the camera, connect with others, and walk away with some casual shots in the beauty of the Wasatch mountains.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you feel good in (something that feels like “you” and you’d be happy being photographed in)
Optional: a second layer or accessory if you’d like some variety in your photos
Bring water and a jacket to keep warm
