CPR Weekly Pub Run/Hang - The Bruce

So, you may be wondering: What the hell do these people do? Well, we're basically a social group that runs about 3 miles, and then hangs out for some laughs over beers.

You might be wondering: Am I a good enough runner to run with this group? The answer is YES. Some of us will run (some fast and some slow), some of us walk, some of us will do no more running than running up a bar tab (aka Flatliners). All speeds and abilities are welcome and will fit right in.

You might be asking: Where's the route? Well, it's different every week, and depends on where we meet. It usually is an out and back route. We typically run about 3 miles total, so you can walk/run up to 1.5 miles (or as far/little as you want) and turn around to get back to the beer.

So show up, get some exercise, and meet some new people in a super relaxed, non-intimidating group. Looking forward to meeting you!
