This is not BREATH WORK - this is a Breath Journey. :)
This 2.5-hour workshop, led by Collette Elosha, will introduce you to the incredible force that lives within your lungs. We will spend some time talking about the breath and how to consciously work with it to build vitality, clear stagnation and open the heart to so much magic that lives within you.
We will then go on our Breath Journey;
guided every step of the way;
slow and steady to begin, grounding and bringing forth clarity and openness;
followed by deeper and more expansive breathing that saturates the cells, blood and tissues with rich oxygen, opening the mind and the fascia;
ending with a calming and stabilizing breath that brings us back to presence and embodiment.
A Breath Journey is an intentionally curated breathing practice that uses different patterns of breath to support the nervous system. This specific journey has the potential for the opening and release of stagnant energy and emotions from the body, and to help us touch into our individual and collective potential. The breath is the most powerful and predictable ally to healing and evolution AND it is the key factor in having a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves.

Collette Elosha is a Breath Journey and ceremony facilitator that has been in the healing arts for almost a decade. She has explored so many different healing modalities, and continues to return to the breath time again because of its predictability, safety and potential to support actual and sustainable healing. She has a virtual community studio where she teaches weekly breath classes, in addition to in-person workshops and trainings.
