Option 1: Intro to Aerial Chains!
1:30 - 2:30 pm
Begin your journey on the loops and learn the basics of aerial chains.
A fun and unique combo will be
taught along with smooth transitions
to get you started on an aerial
chains practice!
Option 2: Splits on Chains!
2:45 - 3:45 pm
Work with your flexibility on the chains!
Learn to perform the basic split and a
fun sequence full of splitty lines that you
can make all yours, regardless of
flexibility level.
Options 3: Tough as Chains!
6:30 - 7:30 pm
Learn some of the WOW factor tricks that require an impeccable grip, a lot of strength, and some pain tolerance! These moves always get the crowd roaring! You don’t need the splits either! Just bring your smile, and we’ll learn to perform on the chains with heart and grit!
