Here’s what you can look forward to each week:
Time to Arrive & Connect: Doors open at 5:30 PM for tea, light refreshments, and informal mingling with the facilitator and fellow participants.
Group Time: Our mindful sessions run from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, offering guided practices, meaningful discussion, and reflection.
Each session includes:
Welcome & Grounding: Gentle breathing or body-based mindfulness to help you settle in
Topic & Skill Building: Practical tools for mindful living and emotional wellbeing
Guided Practice: Meditation, journaling, or gentle movement
Sharing Circle: Authentic connection and reflection among mothers
Closing & Home Practice: A small daily practice to carry mindfulness forward
