A Halloween-themed woodland play session for families with children aged between 2 and 11 years*. Come and explore a beautiful ancient woodland and take part in fun and creative hands-on activities, safely managed by a Forest School Leader. Children can dip in and out of whatever activities they choose to do.

Activities on offer will include:
- Make your own magic wand
- Make your own broomstick!
- Search for ingredients in the woods to make magic potions
- Spooky trail – can you find all the Halloween clues hidden in the woods?
- Toasting snacks on a campfire – bread, cinnamon apple and marshmallows
- Do your own thing - build a den, play hide-and-seek, balance on logs... the woodland is your play space for the morning.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*Older siblings are welcome to come and join in too. No charge for siblings under 2 years.
Cost:
Standard ticket: £8 per child
Supporter ticket: £10 per child (for those who are happy to pay a little more to subsidise a place for those who can’t afford to pay the standard price)**
Discounted ticket: £6 per child (for those who paying the full cost would currently prevent them from attending)
**The idea behind 'pay it forward' systems like this is to do acts of kindness which will have a positive effect on others, and in return the recipients are just asked to pass on the good deed to keep the cycle going.
