Serenity Sound Bath

Serenity Sound Bath at Langford Lakes is back 🤗

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath, held in a tranquil gallery space overlooking the still waters and wildlife of Langford Lakes. This serene setting amplifies the power of sound, designed to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and reconnect you to yourself.

You’ll be guided through simple grounding breathwork and a heart-centred fully body meditation, before being bathed in the therapeutic frequencies of Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes and gentle voice. No experience needed, just come as you are.
Mats, Pillows, Blankets available.

Please bring:
A bottle of water and anything else that makes you comfortable (extra mat, layers, pillow, eye mask, etc.)

A peaceful escape into nature and stillness.
