RETRO DISCO FUN for Charity

Well the autumn seems to have arrived. But there are ways to cheer up your long evenings with music, dance and singing in a lovely friendly group.

Come to our dance sessions for fun & the joy of movement; improve your health and wellbeing; plenty of room to express yourself your own way, with no judgements, no dressing up, and a cheap bar. Enjoy DISCO & CLUB tracks from the 60’s to the 00’s to remind you of old times with your favourite tracks (please send these in advance). Sociable, friendly atmosphere, singing too.
