Glow-ga is a gentle yoga flow on the beach, surrounded by colorful LED lights, glowsticks, and the sound of the waves. Move, breathe, and stretch as the sun sets and the shoreline comes alive with light.

A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow (all levels welcome!)

Glowsticks + LED accents provided (feel free to bring your own too!)

Relaxation with ocean waves as your soundtrack
