Chronic Disease Self-Managment Workshop

Learn how to manage your ongoing health condition with this FREE workshop designed for individuals living with ongoing health conditions, as well as those who care for someone with such conditions. It meets once a week for 2.5 hours over 6 weeks.

Topics Include:

Exercise and nutrition
Managing pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, and depression
Medications and making treatment decisions
Talking with your family, friends, and healthcare providers

You'll gain skills to boost your energy and physical activity, while reducing pain, fatigue, depression, and health-related stress, leading to fewer social limitations.
