Winter Solstice Glow

The winter solstice signifies the return of light after the longest night, a time to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new one, while embracing the energy of grounding and stability associated with the season; this aligns with the zodiacal shift from Sagittarius to Capricorn

The winter solstice invites us to release what no longer serves us, take time for introspection, embrace the darkness as we welcome the light to return.

This is the perfect time to set new intentions for the new year. It's also an opportunity to appreciate opposites. We need the darkness, the stillness to understand and find the light. Both serve a purpose. We can take this time for rest before a time for action, we need both to create balance and equilibrium. We can't have one without really experiencing the other.

During this event, we'll move through a grounding yoga practice, set intentions, followed by a long shavasana serenaded by sound bowls. We'll close the evening with a candlelight ceremony under the stars.
