Type 2 Diabetes: The Marathon and How to Get Ahead

Charles Choe, Pharmacist Resident at Salina Regional Health Center, will share how managing Type 2 Diabetes can be compared to running a race; with goals to aim for at each stage of the disease. He will discuss common pitfalls to avoid, key signs and symptoms to watch for, and strategies to work toward reducing or even eliminating the need for medication. This event is free for those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and their care givers.
