Manifesting Mind Breath Work

This breath work practice pushes mind to the limit through the body. Psychedelic means “manifesting mind”. Allow your body to guide you with this transformative practice that involves intention setting, rhythmic music and the empowerment of your own energy and breath to create your own experience. This breathwork is not for the faint of heart…though you can always choose to accommodate to your needs.

Please bring what you need to get cozy- blanket and bolster/pillow recommended and a yoga mat/blanket if you got it! There will be limited supplies available.
