Join us for an outdoor Drumming Journey with Carlisle Bergquist at his property at Coyote Oaks.

Drumming has been shown to activate multiple centers of the brain and bring both hemispheres of the brain into coherence. It provides relaxation and can promote a meditative state and altered consciousness. It also stimulates the release of serotonin and dopamine for a “feel good” sensation.
