Come and share in a ceremonial drumming circle, open to both beginners and experienced players. For around 30 minutes, we’ll drum together—just long enough to awaken our bodies, steady our breath, and ease into a meditative rhythm that prepares us to receive the gongs.
I’ll have ten drums available for use (and also for sale), which you can view on my Merchandise page above. If you already have a drum you love, please feel free to bring it along.

Free parking at the Pathways studio but give yourself plenty of time to acclimatise if you haven’t been before.

As your heartbeat lowers as you relax during a session, so does your core body temperature. Please bring your warmest blankets, duvet or even a sleeping bag as some often do! This will make your overall experience much more pleasurable.
