Join Carly Tong, founder of The Wellness Hub MCR, for a cozy two-hour mini retreat designed to help you move, breathe, and fully reset.

Here’s what’s included:

• 90 minutes of yoga — Start with an uplifting Yang flow to energize your body, then sink into 30 minutes of blissful Yin to deeply relax.
• Little wellness touches — Sip Chinese tea, enjoy calming essential oils, and soak up the peaceful vibes.
• A wellness gift bag — A thoughtful little take-home treat to keep that retreat feeling going.
• Mats provided — Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend!) — we’ll take care of the rest.

This session is for all levels — whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, you’ll feel right at home.
