We’re opening our doors for a morning of FREE fitness classes – the perfect chance to come and experience what CrossFit SCL is all about! Join us for fun, beginner, friendly workout (all levels welcome), with our expert coach to guide you.
No pressure, no experience needed. Just turn up, and surprise yourself with what you can do.

Come along to one of our FREE classes:
- 10:00am - CrossFit session - Coaches will spend time working with you working on new or existing skills. Pull-ups, lifting and engine work.
- 11:00am - HYROX - Come and try the ultimate fitness race, and discover it’s suitable for all! Our team of coaches will guide you through a HYROX movement class, we can scale or advance the movement to suit! Rowing, Skiing, Running, Sled work and much more!
- 12:00pm - Olympic lifting - Our expert coach will guide you through safe, effective lifting techniques — helping you build confidence, improve your form, and move more efficiently.
