Trapping for Boxing, Muay Thai & Self Defense

People who say "Trapping does not work." do not understand trapping.
High levels Boxers use traps.

We will go over some traditional trapping and why it often fails.
Then we will go into trapping that works, standing and on the ground.
We will do some Leg Trapping too.
