About the event

Self Defense Class
You will learn these self-defense techniques to defend yourself against wrist grabs, various choke holds and bear hugs such as
Hand strikes, palm heel strikes, hammer fists, claws, eye jabs and various kicks. Limited to 8 participants, ages 12 to adult. Participants must sign a waiver to participate. Forms will be available at the circulation desk at registration. Call 860-859-1130 to register.
