• engine bay must always be over the grass.
• Place boards or signs underneath your jacks and jack stands to protect the asphalt.
•Spectators park in designated parking zones only
• Exhaust: Please ensure your vehicle does not have excessively loud or "ear-piercing" exhausts.
III. On-Track Protocol
• Track Maintenance: The track will be thoroughly swept before the track goes "hot" and again midday. Immediately notify staff if you see any debris or hazards on the track surface.
• Entry/Tandem: No random tandems. Always ask the other driver and coordinate with the staff before attempting a tandem run.
• Track Exit: Do not drift into the return lane. Utilize the proper exit.
• Straightaway: No 10-turn manji or excessive/unnecessary drifting on the designated straightaway.
• Exiting the Vehicle: You may only exit your vehicle on the track if the track has been declared "cold" by staff, unless there is an immediate fire emergency.
IV. Vehicle Rental Program
• Rate: Rentals are provided for $150 per hour.
• Initial Session: For the first three laps, a staff member will ride with you for instruction and safety.
• Tire/Engine Cooling: To ensure vehicle longevity and fairness to other renters, you must pull off every three laps to cool the tires at the water pit. Do not abuse the rental vehicle.
• Damage Policy: The renter is responsible for damage caused by driver error. If you break a mechanical part (e.g., tie rod, radiator, suspension component), you will be asked to pay for the replacement part.
