Monday Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa practice that emphasizes building heat by moving with the breath. We build energy, through a variety of warm-up practices such as sun salutations. At the end of class, we use floor pose's to create balance.. Our instructors teach to all levels of fitness. Book online. Click blue link to purchase a package.
