No drum? No problem—I have plenty to share.
Come make rhythm, connect, and have fun.
The Frame drum is one of humanity’s oldest musical instruments, with roots stretching back to ancient Mesopotamia. Defined by its drumhead being wider than its depth, it is believed to be among the first drums ever created.
Throughout history, the frame drum has played a vital role in spiritual rituals, cultural celebrations, and musical traditions across the world—from the Middle East and Africa to Europe and the Americas.
Its rhythmic vibrations evoke joy, connection, and healing, serving not only as a tool for artistic expression but also as a therapeutic aid in modern music therapy. The resonance of a frame drum does more than create sound—it fosters community, mindfulness, and emotional well-being, echoing across generations and cultures alike.
