- Guided Meditation: This meditation will help you to connect with your inner wisdom.
-Soothing Sound Bath: Relax and unwind into a blissful sound bath with the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and earth based instruments that will invite you to surrender to the present moment.
-Reiki Energy Cleansing: Reiki clears stagnant energies and restores balance to your energetic body.
-Intentional Journaling: Journal through your inner most thoughts and feelings.
-Sharing Circle: In our circle of trust, you’re invited to share what’s in your heart without judgment or expectation.

- A journal and pen
- A comfortable pillow, a mat, blanket and water bottle (chair are available for those who prefer not to sit or lay on the floor).
