Join us for a Brooks Demo! Alexis will bring the NEW Ghost Max 3, Glycerin 22, & Adrenaline GTS 24.

5:30pm: Shoes available for trial
6:15pm: Run/walk begins from GFR
7:00pm: Demos returned, we will have a raffle for all those who demoed😃
7:05pm: After Place - Venti’s

Distance: 5k run or 2-mile walk at Riverfront and Minto
Cost: FREE!

GFR Monday RunDay is casual and social for all paces. Great way to end Monday and meet new runners and walkers!
